Delete Your Data — GlucoLine

Summary. You can permanently delete your GlucoLine account and all associated data at any time, either from inside the app in two taps, or by emailing us. Deletion is irreversible and removes everything within 30 days.

1. Delete from inside the app (recommended)

This is the fastest path — deletion happens in real time and you receive a confirmation message in the app.

2. Delete by email

If you cannot access the app (for example, you uninstalled it already), email us from the address associated with your account:

We process email deletion requests within 7 business days and confirm by reply.

5. About your LibreLinkUp account

Deleting your GlucoLine data does not affect your LibreLinkUp account itself. LibreLinkUp is operated by Abbott Diabetes Care and is independent of GlucoLine. To delete your LibreLinkUp account, please follow the instructions in the LibreLinkUp app or contact Abbott directly.

6. About your subscription

If you have an active GlucoLine Pro subscription, deleting your account does not automatically cancel the subscription with Google Play. To stop billing, also cancel from Google Play Store → Subscriptions → GlucoLine.
